We are seeking a results-oriented, team-focused, and mission-driven professional to join our team as Controller. As Controller, you will be responsible for the company’s accounting, financial reporting and control policies as well as ensuring compliance with those policies. With a deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and business processes, ideally in advanced primary care and/or healthcare services, you also will play a key role in scaling-up the company’s financial and accounting processes and systems as the company grows.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be a strategic thought partner and key member of our finance team. You have a passion for process improvement and building structure in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
