Responsibilities
Learn and explain Medicare and Medicaid eligibility and benefits to patients and providers
Build trusting relationships with patients to help guide their coverage selections and enrollment
Advocate for patients in navigating the healthcare system and medical billing
Manage welcome visits, orientation, and patient engagement events
Support clinic operations and colleagues as needed
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent education and work experience
