Patient Relations Manager
Hopscotch Primary Care is seeking a Patient Relations Manager to help patients navigate insurance benefits, advocate for their needs, and serve as an insurance expert. Join us in transforming healthcare in rural America.
Skills

Responsibilities
- Learn and explain Medicare and Medicaid eligibility and benefits to patients and providers
- Build trusting relationships with patients to help guide their coverage selections and enrollment
- Advocate for patients in navigating the healthcare system and medical billing
- Manage welcome visits, orientation, and patient engagement events
- Support clinic operations and colleagues as needed
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent education and work experience
