Inside Sales Representative

HopSkipDrive is seeking a motivated and result-driven Inside Sales Representative to generate sales opportunities and close deals over electronic communication channels. This role plays a key part in achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's growth.

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to qualify leads and identify sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Present and demonstrate products or services, handle objections, and negotiate pricing
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
