Inside Sales Representative
HopSkipDrive is seeking a motivated and result-driven Inside Sales Representative to generate sales opportunities and close deals over electronic communication channels. This role plays a key part in achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's growth.
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and ability to work independently
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce
- Analytical mindset and ability to translate efforts to business metrics
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to qualify leads and identify sales opportunities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
- Engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate solutions
- Present and demonstrate products or services, handle objections, and negotiate pricing
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
