Who We Are


The Marketing and Communications team leads the overall brand and communications strategy for HopSkipdrive, and strategically drives leads and customers through the sales funnel through owned, earned and paid media tactics.


You will support the team and business in the following ways:


  • Execute and iterate on paid media efforts, including paid social campaigns and search engine marketing based on sales goals and brand awareness, while optimizing those efforts to map to our Revenue and brand strategy.
  • Support the redesign and marketing performance of our website. You will develop dashboards and monitor analytics to enable, and contribute to, strategic discussions about the site’s development. You will support the execution of site updates in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Execute on the implementation of a clear marketing measurement strategy for your area of ownership. Collaborate with Sales Ops to understand performance of all marketing channels, paid and unpaid, to gauge impact on all stages of the funnel. You know the importance of measurement and tracking, and can make thoughtful recommendations for your team and others. 
  • Ensure messaging consistency across owned and paid channels, while optimizing messages within each channel. 
  • Collaborate with other Communications and Marketing functions, including DemandGen, Communications/PR, and Product Marketing for comprehensive and cohesive marketing and communications strategy. 


Who You Are


You see yourself as a full-stack marketer, passionate about running a multi-channel marketing strategy and optimizing performance across platforms. You have a particular passion for blending creativity and data to develop successful marketing strategy, amplifying campaigns across channels, and continually tracking ROI and linking efforts to business results.


With the following skills, you’ll make a tangible and immediate impact:


  • 8+ years of marketing experience with experience in brand and B2B paid marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong prioritization skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and high capacity for change
  • Highly self-motivated, with attention to detail
  • Current pulse on digital platforms, tools, and trends in digital marketing, and advertising
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Iterable, Salesforce, and Tableau
  • Knowledge of ad measurement ecosystem (e.g., lift testing, multi-touch attribution, app install measurement, reach/audience) and industry trends

HopSkipDrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Los Angeles, CA is $110,000 - $135,000. This position is remote and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
