The Product Management team works closely with stakeholders and in close partnership with Product Design, Data and Engineering teams to continually improve our products and platform. Product is a key to the company’s continued growth in pursuit of our mission to create opportunity for all through mobility.
We are a fast-growing team that, in addition to supporting our existing well-loved products, is developing next-generation systems to help the platform scale, as well as new products to support new business lines. It is challenging and rewarding work, and we are looking for product leaders to join our talented team.
The Product Lead, Safety & Ride Experience will focus on critical cross-platform initiatives seeking to ensure that all HopSkipDrive rides go safely and smoothly:

You are a passionate product lead with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement. You have a hands-on, outcome oriented approach and will do whatever it takes to drive impact on the most critical surface area of our platform: the in-ride experience for all our customers, as well as the systems which keep the platform safe.

HopSkipDrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $195,000. This position is remote and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
