The Department of Information Science provides and supports resources, research, and service for education and leadership to the information science community and prepares information professionals of the highest quality to serve dynamic roles in the state, the nation, and the world.

This position is responsible for managing the administrative operations of multiple research projects. Coordinates activities of and serves as a primary contact for specified projects. Responsible for oversight of project budget and resources. Evaluates administrative processes and implements improved changes. Prepares correspondence, reports, and meeting notes. Provides direct support for project lead including calendar maintenance and related responsibilities. Duties have substantial variety and are often not routine.

Two years of highly responsible and varied office administration or business management experience; or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training

This job offers flexible working hours and a hybrid working environment. Employee will be required to work some hours on campus in a professional office environment and other hours from home.
