The Deputy Finance Director will be tasked with assisting the Finance Director to manage fundraising programs and the finance team. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized, efficient, communicative, and be driven to help elect Democrats, with prior experience in political fundraising.
LOCATION: Washington, DC
START DATE: January-February 2025
TRAVEL: Some travel required
SALARY: Starting at $100,000 annualized, commensurate with experience
This is a temporary [cycle-based], at will position with an anticipated end date of no later than December 15, 2026

The House Majority PAC is on the lookout for a dynamic Deputy Finance Director to join our team in Washington, DC. This role is vital as we strive to hold Republicans accountable and contribute to electing more House Democrats. As the Deputy Finance Director, you will work closely with the Finance Director, ensuring our fundraising programs run smoothly. We’re searching for someone creative, organized, and efficient, who is passionate about our mission. In this position, you will lead our Finance Associates and consultants, helping us establish robust financial operations, and provide genuine support to meet our fundraising goals. You will also manage collaborations with our Communications team to develop and execute effective fundraising campaigns. Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders will be key, as you prepare materials for donor meetings and events, while occasionally tackling extra responsibilities that pop up. If you have at least three cycles of experience in political fundraising and five years of relationship management under your belt, we want to hear from you! Proficiency in NGP, ActBlue, and Microsoft Office is essential, along with strong problem-solving skills.
