A great opportunity to join a fast paced CRM team that sits within the wider Zoopla marketing department.
Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager, the successful candidate will support on planning, developing and delivering the consumer CRM strategy to ensure we maximise consumer engagement, drive return and continue to deliver high value conversions from our marketable database.
They will be responsible for creating best in class campaigns across email marketing and push notifications.
We are looking for a candidate who excels in journey mapping, platform configuration and optimisation as well as strategic planning. They will be a person who takes an analytical approach and who thrives on making data led decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full accountability for managing the end to end email and push notification process for our BAU CRM campaigns
- Manage the calendar of up to 20 campaigns per month, ensuring all requirements are met and content is delivered on time
- Work under pressure and follow a strict QA process to avoid errors
- Create strong working relationships with the content and design teams along with other areas of the business to meet tight deadlines and adhere to the Zoopla brand guidelines
- Have a pro-active approach to suggesting and implementing new testing strategies
- Identify opportunities within the consumer CRM lifecycle, utilising products and features onsite to continually engage the base
- Regular reporting and optimising, to maximise performance
- Present back results and learnings confidently and propose next steps
- Contribute and support new data projects to power personalisation within retargeting campaigns
- Understand the importance of segmentation to enhance and create new audiences and email journeys based on the data available, delivering the right message at the right time to our users
Essential skills:
- A minimum of 2 years working in a CRM, digital or marketing role
- Excellent time management/ organisation skills - ability to manage busy campaign schedules and stick to tight deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to strictly follow process
- Basic HTML coding skills
- The ability to develop strong working relationships
- Good analytical skills - ability to analyse and interpret results
- Good written communication skills
- Proficient and willing user of technology
- Problem solver and fast learner

- High energy approach
Desired:
- Experience coding HTML for email campaigns
- Experience working with ESPs/ CEPs
