Global Workplace’s role in HPE spans from developing and implementing HPE corporate real estate strategies, to managing the design and construction of sustainable modern workplaces, to delivering a best-in-class hybrid workplace experience, in each case across over 200 HPE sites across the globe. As one of the most innovative global functions of its kind, we look beyond traditional real estate concepts to drive even greater value for HPE and our customers by providing world class real estate outcomes that elevate the employee experience, showcase HPE innovation, and deliver improved productivity across HPE.

We are looking for passionate energetic individuals who are working to complete a Bachelor's level (or equivalent) degree.

Global Workplace wants people who can bring a fresh perspective and implement new ideas within our organization. Interns will be assigned challenging positions and projects, providing data insights and supporting execution of strategy in support of all HPE businesses and functional organizations (Procurement, HR, Finance, Communications, etc.).

What is an ideal candidate for the Global Workplace Intern Program?

Education and Experience Required:
o Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (or equivalent) and completed two years
o Excellent capabilities in leadership, influencing, communication, and collaboration
o Strong project management, business acumen and critical analytical skills
o Geographic/cultural knowledge and/or experience
o Self-starter with ability to achieve results in a virtual and complex work environment
o Ability to develop and promote positive change through innovation and creativity
o Proactive contributor who wants to make an impact

Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. Hourly: $20.00 - $20.00
