Pay: $20.19/hr

Work Location: This hybrid role requires a minimum of 2 days in-office work at our Lake Oswego, OR headquarters.


Tasks:

  • Provide high level administrative support to the HR department to ensure priorities are met, department goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld; administrative tasks include but are not limited to:
    • Write detailed meeting notes
    • Digital filing, auditing, and record keeping
    • Review and assign mail to designated HR Coordinators
    • Create and maintain department slide decks for internal meetings
    • Follow up on incomplete employee documents and checklists
    • Process employee relocation requests
    • Oversee HR’s Ask Here inbox and process/assign tickets as needed
  • Manage projects assigned by the Manager of Human Resources while using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, as well as arranging meetings with relevant stakeholders
  • Assist both the compliance team and HR team with tasks during periods of low bandwidth as directed by the Manager of Human Resources
  • Maintain and refine internal HR Admin processes that support the HR department and HR leaders; coordinate internal resources to expedite workflow within the HR org


Required Skills & Certifications:

  • Associates degree or higher preferred
  • Basic understanding of HR best practices
  • Self-motivated and able to switch between tasks easily
  • Ability to understand and explain basic policy related information to employees
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Upbeat, friendly demeanor
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a timely manner
