HR Analytics Manager

What makes this role important at Ipsos?

This role will work at the direction of the Vice President, NA Total Rewards to create standard and ad-hoc reports and ensuring HR data integrity. This position will leverage various data sources and fields (headcount, employee demographics, job requisition, compensation, utilization, skills, etc.) to deliver results. You will help find opportunities for streamlining and maintaining our data. As an individual contributor you will collaborate with various members of the Human Resources Team.

The person who will be successful in this role has excellent problem-solving skills combined with a passion to take initiative along with exceptional professional communication skills (oral and written). Additionally, you thrive in a fast-paced team environment where multi-tasking and staying organized is essential. You are comfortable handling confidential information and using your well-developed technical and time management skills. You have advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and previous experience working in the human resource field is a definite asset, as is an undergraduate degree in Human Resources. What you can expect to be doing:

  • Maintain HR data consistency in our HCM
  • Assess report requests and compare them to the existing reporting catalog to determine whether new reports are necessary
  • Create and maintain HCM Dashboard reports in Tableau
  • Ensure data quality and field integrity by auditing existing and new reports to determine data accuracy
  • Build and maintain relationships with HR and business users to assist them with using and understanding existing and newly created reports in our HCM system
  • Help to develop standard processes and checks to streamline HR data and reporting work requests and ensure adherence to those requests
  • Help to execute monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual audits, including year-end scheduled report audits, monthly report creation audits, and ongoing report administration audits
  • Assist the HR Resource Team with employee requests/information updates
  • Partner with Global HCM team to help evaluate system needs in North America

This might be the job for you if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree, courses in Human Resources, or related field preferred
  • Experience working with HR organizations and has moderate understanding of fundamental HR practices
  • Experience with analytics platforms, specifically Tableau
  • Discipline to work with highly confidential information
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
  • High degree of initiative and timeliness in delivering work output
  • Proven record of accomplishment prioritizing and handling multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Experience with HCM systems, iTalent a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills. (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other complicated formulas)

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $92,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
