RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's San Antonio, Texas (TX) client is seeking a talented Human Resource Generalist. This is a very special opportunity to be part of a team where you can make an impact from day one. The successful candidate will be a team player who also enjoys working autonomously in a fast-paced environment and can manage conflicting priorities and multiple tasks in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- The HR Generalist will be maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents, and helping companies resolve any escalated employee-related issues
- Handling escalated HR-related queries and portfolio companies
- Ensuring compliance with all employment related government standards
- The HR Generalist will be managing the benefits/open enrollment process
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4-8 years of Human Resources experience
- Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including performance
management, multi-state labor laws, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Experience with Human Resources Information System (HRIS) (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workable preferred)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
