Twoje zadania:
  • Koordynowanie procesu świadczenia usług dla klienta zewnętrznego, 
  • Monitorowanie harmonogramów, budżetów i jakości realizacji usług, 
  • Wsparcie klientów w zakresie prowadzenia analizy potrzeb, tworzenia i doradzania w obszarze optymalizacji rozwiązań sieciowych, 
  • Budowanie relacji z klientami i doradztwo w zakresie strategii sieciowej, 
  • Wsparcie zespołów wewnętrznych w zdobywaniu wiedzy o nowych usługach, 
  • Prowadzenie szkoleń dla zespołów technicznych po stronie klienta oraz dla zespołów wewnętrznych,  
  • Tworzenie kompleksowych koncepcji nowych usług sieciowych i ich rozwój, 
  • Analiza potrzeb klientów i trendów rynkowych w celu zapewnienia przewagi konkurencyjnej. 


Nasze wymagania:
  • Wykształcenie techniczne (np. telekomunikacja, informatyka lub pokrewne), 
  • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w projektowaniu usług sieciowych i minimum 2 lata w zarządzaniu projektami technologicznymi, 
  • Praktyczna znajomość systemów sieciowych oraz technologii (np. LAN, WAN, SD-WAN), 
  • Umiejętność przygotowywania i analizowania dokumentacji technicznej, 
  • Silne zdolności interpersonalne i biznesowe – umiejętność współpracy z klientem i budowania długotrwałych relacji, 
  • Biegłość w języku angielskim (minimum poziom B2, w tym czytanie dokumentacji technicznej), 
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie w pracy w firmach integratorskich lub telekomunikacyjnych.
