As part of the team, you will be a point of contact for recruitment related queries from managers, candidates, and colleagues and as such you will need to be able to communicate confidently with key stakeholders at all levels to ensure quality customer service at all times.
Your day-to-day duties will involve processing advert requests and offering advice to hiring managers relating to cost effective recruitment methods, including the use of social media where appropriate. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for excellent customer service and who is a strong team player. You must have a positive, proactive approach to your work, have the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently, show flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
