About The Role
The Senior HR Generalist provides HR support to the Acuity group as a member of the HR team. The role will be exposed to all aspects of Human Resources in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Work with management to develop and implement operational processes and related documentation to meet Acuity HR business needs while following FTI-wide business and HR policies, practices, and principles
- Ensures Acuity's onboarding procedures are completed timely and accurately; takes responsibility for assuring successful assimilation of new hires and rehires. Conducts exit interviews; analyzes key themes and reports them out to leadership.
- Key resource for conducting HR outreach/check-ins with employees around key initiatives such as coaching and feedback, work-life integration, and new hire assimilation. Point of triage for employee questions and works with Acuity operations team and management to solve issues.
- Works with management to develop an employee recognition and anniversary programs including eligibility, communications, and the payment process.
- Supports the staffing function by providing Acuity based information throughout the recruitment life cycle, including providing input to job descriptions, screening resumes, and communicating with candidates. Serve as a point of contact for candidates, recruiters, agencies and hiring managers as needed.
- Oversees and updates Acuity's intranet site, HR team site and folders, etc.
- Provides HR business partner support to the Acuity Review Management Team.
- Contribute to team effort by driving various human resources, recruiting, and training projects as needed or assigned.
- Source and track Acuity talent and engage required talent on Acuity review projects. Maintain Acuity applicant and employee database.
- Work with management to develop, manage and administer the Acuity Performance Management process to ensure that employees receive informal and formal performance feedback and corrective actions are implemented, as necessary.
- Serve as the HR liaison for Acuity personnel, vendors and management relating to human resources, payroll and other HR matters and to ensure adherence to FTI Corporate and FTI Technology policies and practices.
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.

What You Will Need To Succeed
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant human resources experience
- Proficient with SharePoint, PeopleSoft and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
- Ability to provide accurate and efficient service under the pressure of constant deadlines
- Skilled in organizing tasks and establishing priorities
- Ability to gather data, consistently track metrics, and prepare reports
- Thorough attention to detail
- Work effectively as part of a team yet be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Understand, interpret, and apply general administrative and departmental policies and procedures.
- Ability to think through a process, consider various solutions, solve problems effectively and tenaciously follow-through to ensure success
- HR experience in legal, staffing, shared services, or outsourcing environment
- Experience in a legal/electronic discovery or document review environment
- Prior experience with ADP system solutions in multiple areas, including HR, benefits, time keeping, payroll
- Proven ability to effectively contribute to a dynamic results-oriented work environment
- Ability to facilitate the resolution of issues
- Makes effective use of technology and other resources to accomplish various HR processes
- Experience working with various HR state employment laws
- Ability to work with confidential materials and maintain complete discretion
