As an HR Associate at SwagUp, you’ll wear many hats and be committed to our employee experience. SwagUp is rapidly growing, with no plans of slowing down anytime soon! RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help support with all people processes from new hire entry and onboarding to employee changes to departures and exit interviews
- Execute and support our HRBPs with the onboarding process for all new hires
- Assist and support in managing Lattice, our employee performance and engagement platform
- Ensure and maintain data integrity in our HR systems with a high level of accuracy
- Support people programs involving employee experience, virtual events, engagement, learning & development, performance management, employee relations and recognition
- Collaborate on timely responses and resolutions to employee questions, comments, and concerns surrounding policies, leaves, benefits, etc.
- Be a culture champion of SwagUp and partner with HR leadership on strategically creating a cohesive culture plan
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years of experience in HR related positions (preferably in a startup environment)
- You’re comfortable wearing many hats and taking on a variety of HR tasks and challenges
- Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Passion for working in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and empathize with others and anticipate, respond, and pivot to the needs of the employees and business
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Support and track onboarding process for all new hires ensuring employee folders are created and updated
- Become the go-to point of contact for all new hires, guiding them through their first few weeks at SwagUp
- Gain the trust and respect of our current employees
Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000
