What You'll Contribute
The Senior Associate, HRIS will be responsible for maintaining and improving our HRIS system, as well as overseeing data management and reporting.

What You'll Do
  • Manage and maintain the HRIS system, including troubleshooting issues and implementing upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain reports and analysis, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Conduct audits of HR data, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action
  • Collaborate with other HR stakeholders to ensure data consistency and integrity across HR systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to end users on the HRIS system.
  • Stay up to date with HR technology trends and best practices, making recommendations for system improvements.

What you have
Minimum education, skills and experience required.
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in HRIS software and related tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex data issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
Preferred education, skills, and experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS management
