Under general supervision the HRIS Analyst - Records provides analysis, audit and support of employee records. Researches and reconciles data flow between system of record and multiple downstream enterprise systems. Acts as subject matter expert to users on proper use of Human Resources and other enterprise systems. Participates in design and implementation of business processes, document category security, reports and procedures for internal use. Generates statistical summary reports from information systems. Maintain paper records per legal requirements. The candidate is expected to have an onsite presence required 3 days per week, 5 preferred.
You Will:

Provides analysis, audit and support of employee records utilizing the Human Capital Management system to ensure data integrity and proper documentation for all human resources transactions.

Proactively researches, audits and reconciles data flow between system of record and multiple downstream enterprise systems.

Act as primary HRIS contact to resolve data issues related to payroll, enterprise applications, recruiting and other primary enterprise systems.

Performs role as business process administrator in Human Capital management system; participates in design and implementation of Human Resources business processes; performs document category security; creates reports and documents procedures for internal use.

Generates statistical summary reports from information systems per customer request and per standard interval reporting periods.

Provides technical assistance, trouble-shooting and acts as subject matter expert to users on proper use of Human Resources and other enterprise systems.

Maintains documentation and tracking for non-automated Human Resources actions such as international assignment, term appointment renewals, probation period, etc.

Maintain paper records per legal requirements.

Interact with internal and external establishments for the purpose of verifying all employee data and coordinating review of confidential personnel records.

Other duties as assigned.

We Are Looking For:
Minimum required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field and 3 years HRIS/Records management experience or equivalent of 5 years of HRIS/Records management experience
Applicable Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:

Demonstrated ability to operate enterprise systems including data entry and analysis, report creation, testing and standard configuration.

General knowledge of enterprise systems that integrate with Human Resources systems.

Proven ability to conduct data analysis and summarize results to customers.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
