Overview

Quorum Software is looking for an HRIS Systems Administrator. This is a key role on our expanding Business Applications team which, within the broader Quorum systems & data corporate framework, will be the technical lead for the ADP platform and support the maintenance, optimization and ongoing deployment of ADP WFN and related HR applications. This position will have responsibility to recommend and implement business processes, reporting, integrations, security, workflow, feeds, and configurations that enable ADP WFN to drive business alignment and maximize organizational and business performance.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with leadership, IT, F&A and HR to identify, prioritize & execute HRIS ecosystem configuration improvements and enhancements
  • Plans, designs, develops, tests, deploys, delivers, and maintains HRIS integrations, dashboards, security, and reporting across the platform and integrations, based on business requirements and in line with best practices
  • Supports execution of key Quorum People initiatives, including benefits enrollment, performance management, merit, audits, & training
  • Manages permissions, access, personalization and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users
  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
  • Supports ADP release implementations for all modules, identifying enhancement opportunities associated with a new release features/functionality
  • Reviews and manages change requests regarding all modules
  • Investigates and resolves complex system-related issues, interfacing with ADP support resources as necessary
  • Analyzes data to ensure accuracy and report/manage issues to resolution and participates in data audit and data integrity analysis and control development
  • Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves issues, escalates problems, proactively identifying risks while working collaboratively with functional teams to manage and reduce risk
  • Stays engaged on ADP Community to understand current trends and upcoming feature updates and provide experienced technical input in the selection of optional features.
  • And other duties as assigned.


Requirements


  • 5 years of ADP HRIS Administrator experience
  • Extensive experience with ADP configuration including User Profiles & Positions, Security, Payroll, Benefits, Document Cloud, Time & Talent with strong understanding of ADP Security
  • Experience with ADP integrations and platform APIs ideally including NetSuite, Microsoft Active Directory, CultureAmp, Celergo & Replicon
  • Knowledge of HR core business processes as well as strong systems analytics and support background. Ability to effectively communicate issues and solutions.
  • Experience with agile practices and methodologies
  • Prior database management experience and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must understand the importance of discretion and handling confidential information
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast paced, performance driven environment
  • A customer service mindset and approach to supporting the business
  • BS or BA degree, advanced IT degrees and certifications are a plus, but equivalent work experience can be considered in place of a college education

Additional Details

  • Salary commensurate with experience ($65,000 - $80,000 US Dollars) with bi-weekly pay via direct deposit. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Quorum Software reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications, experience, training, work history, and geographic location of the selected candidate.
  • Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver’s License Verification and passport/ID validation.
  • Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in the United States is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position. The successful candidate will be required to ensure they maintain and renew any visas or permits that grant employment eligibility where applicable.
