HSE Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

The HSE Administrator is responsible for ensuring accurate reporting, maintenance, and analysis of the data in NOV’s Incident Management Systems. Provide support to Regional HSE Manager and HSE Representatives in way of recordkeeping, program development, organization, and normal office related duties.

Responsibilities:

• Manage HSE documents, HSE Training Database, and HSE Incident Database.
• Perform administrative duties such as typing memos, taking meeting minutes, creating excel tracking sheets, and distributing aforementioned to appropriate individuals.
• Prepare applicable HSE reports as necessary.
• Perform all other work-related tasks as assigned by Regional HSE Manager.
• Attend, complete, and pass training inline with your role.
• Maintain positive relations with our Facility Mangers, HSE Representatives, Customers, and any outside Agencies.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent
• Preferred Associates in Business Administration
• 5+ years’ experience in an Administrative role.
• HSE background is a plus.
• Detail oriented.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Adept in technology.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish (Speak, Translate, Write, and Read) is a plus.
