SummaryThe Associate Account Manager role requires an individual who is professional and courteous, and who displays drive, determination, pro-activity, and self-motivation. With a positive attitude, the Associate AM will provide support to Account Executives and Account Managers. The individual in this position is expected to be pursuing a career in insurance and the position of Account Manager.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport the Account Executives and Account Managers will include but is not limited to:• Photocopying• Printing• Binding• Labeling• Data Entry• Scanning• Process MVRs as per established Agency guidelines• Maintain department reports as request by supervisor• Maintenance of department carrier information and website management• Adhere to all Agency systems, procedures, and state regulations• Assume other job responsibilities as requested by supervisorQualifications• High School diploma or equivalent; AA and/or college degree preferred• Entry lever, 1-2 years professional experience preferred• Property & Casualty Insurance license prefered or must be willing to obtain within 30 days of employment• Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to MS Office and automated agency management systems• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Above average mathematical skills• Ability to work in a positive team environment• Hybrid work schedule; must be in office minimum of three days weekly.Department Account Management & ServiceRequired Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experienceRequired Travel: No Travel RequiredRequired Education: High school or equivalentHUB International Limited is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer that does not discriminate on the basis of race/ethnicity, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or veteran's status, or any other characteristic protected by local, state or federal laws, rules or regulations.
