In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced machine learning models and algorithms to enhance HubSpot Sales Hub products. Your work will shape the Predictive AI Features of Sales Hub ranging from Forecasting to sales reps action recommendation and predictive insights of Sales pipelinesWe are looking for people who have:a track record in designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models that have outsized impact on customer experiencerigor to improve model performance and accuracy through iteration and optimizationskills in evaluating various machine learning algorithms to identify the most suitable for specific use casesability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersownership mindset working with cross-functional team of product managers, product designers and software engineers to ensure successful model integration into product featurescuriosity to adapt with industry trends and appetite to stay ahead of the curveMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Computer Science5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering roleStrong proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.Experience with any of the following: time-series forecasting, classification, next action recommendation, relevancy + rankingSolid understanding of statistical methods, data mining techniques, and predictive modelingExperience with MLOps practicesPreferred Qualifications:Master degree in a specialized discipline like Data Science or Machine LearningExperience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques.Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.Knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems.If you are passionate about leveraging machine learning to transform the way Sales teams interact with their customers in a collaborative work environment, come join us at HubSpot!We know the confidence gap and imposter syndrome can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates, so please don’t hesitate to apply — we’d love to hear from you.If you need accommodations or assistance due to a disability, please reach out to us using this form .
