The role involves daily tasks such as campaign development, performance analysis, budget management, creating ad creatives, conducting A/B tests, and using advanced targeting techniques. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and refine paid social strategies that align with overall marketing goals and brand objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
  • Manage and allocate budgets across various campaigns to ensure optimal spend and maximize return on investment.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
  • Conduct A/B tests to identify the best-performing ad variations and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach the right audience segments and maximize campaign impact.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and insights for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in paid social media advertising and incorporate best practices into campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and analytics, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  • 3+ years’ experience managing paid social media campaigns preferably within the beauty or fashion industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferable.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights and optimize campaign performance accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
