Summary: Huda Beauty is looking for a highly motivated Senior Global eCommerce Manager help grow our eCommerce business in international markets and own the day-to-day on localization programs. The Global eCommerce Manager will oversee the global editorial content calendar on HudaBeauty.com and lead the charge on localization projects to support our D2C eCommerce business. We are looking for a skilled project manager with strong analytical abilities, strategic vision, and a passion for eCommerce. The Global eCommerce Manager will report to our Senior Director of Global eCommerce and work closely with all stakeholders within the eCommerce Team. This role will also work cross-functionally with Global Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative/Design, Commercial Markets, and Finance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the 360 editorial content calendar, content briefing, and content planning for our global eCommerce website
  • Manage the international go-to-market strategy for product launches, key events, and shopping holidays
  • Localize our content strategy, delivering differentiated content strategies by zone that is backed by data-insights
  • Develop strong trade marketing plans with a creative and commercial mindset, in order to achieve sales target and brand vision
  • Build the localization roadmap for our website, scheduling localization projects and managing our translation agencies
  • Manage localization plan and budgets
  • Collaborate closely on international promotion planning, working closely with the Senior Director of eCommerce, eCommerce and Web Development Manager, and Sales Planning Manager on promotion planning
  • Manage the eCommerce social media strategy and channel, working closely with the social team
  • Manage the UX/UI & design of the website and all content collaterals across all channels: affiliates, paid social, paid media, CRM, email, etc.
  • Brief website content needs into Creative/Design teams, ensuring that all content is best-in-class for eCommerce conversion and digital user experience
  • Support cross-functional colleagues on the eCommerce team with localization needs
  • Collaborate closely with Retention and Acquisition stakeholders on the eCommerce team, supporting on localized content and copy needs
  • Partner closely on new product launches to optimize strategy for key markets
  • Manage international SEO, partnering closely with the Website team to continually optimizate of our global SEO strategies
  • Monitor and measure success of globalization initiatives and report findings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 6 years working on a web or eCommerce team at an agency, web service, or D2C brand
  • Experience working within the beauty industry preferred
  • Passionate about market trends and eCommerce
  • Must have experience supporting global markets
  • Strategic thinker with a gift for project management
  • Adept multitasker with fantastic attention to detail
  • Experience managing budgets and overseeing agencies
  • Excellent people skills with strong ability to collaborate with colleagues
  • Experience with online monitoring and measurement platforms
  • Strong communicator, ready to lead projects & present to senior management
  • A team player that is willing to wear many hats and thrives in a fast-paced environment
