WE ARE GROWING and need an additional team member. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for HR related duties in some or all these functional areas: employee relations, compensation, compliance, training, safety, and risk management. This position requires well developed team skills, unquestioned integrity, and the experience, confidence, and presence to effectively handle interpersonal relationships. You will work with the HR Management Team to evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement and efficiency, and help prepare the department to manage organizational growth.
Qualifications:

4 + years HR experience to include a minimum of 1-year supervisory experience

Demonstrated leadership ability

Strong background with employee development, HR Process Management, and coaching

Experience with investigations, analysis, and resolution for compliance/legal matters

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional SHRM or HRCI certification preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Responsibilities:

Develop and administer various plans and procedures in the assigned functional areas

Participate in development of department goals, objectives, and systems
-
Interact with middle and senior management to identify strategies to better serve our team members

Recommend improvements in efficiency and services provided in the assigned functional areas

Coordinate departmental initiatives across functional areas with other HR team members
-
Assist the Director with analysis of HR department effectiveness for ongoing performance in all areas
