In this essential role, you'll be at the forefront of securing our IT infrastructure, utilizing standardized maintenance processes to manage and monitor maintenance requests for IAM integrations that support the access management processes across the enterprise. Your expertise will be crucial in managing updates and scope changes within critical IAM areas such as Privileged Access Management (PAM), Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, and access control mechanisms, including access reviews, ownership, approvals, and automated solutions. Thrive in a role where your actions directly uphold and advance the security and efficiency of our technological environment.Eligible for EIP AvenuesThe CyberSecurity Engineer 2 designs, oversees, and performs engineering tests that validate platform and product designs. May design and implement protocols and solutions designed to safeguard sensitive data from external/internal breach or attacks and implement relevant engineering updates to Humana information technology and information security infrastructures. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.Use your skills to make an impactRole RequirementsSome exposure to or cybersecurity, information security, or IT management.- Some exposure in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or systems integration.- Basic understanding of IT systems and or principles of IT security.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Eagerness to learn new technologies and a keen interest in IAM trends and practices.- Willingness to pursue further professional certifications in IAM as career progresses.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work well in a team.- Proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative.- Willingness to undergo training and development in IAM-specific tools, technologies, and best practices as part of on-the-job learning.Role Preferences-ForgeRock or Sailpoint experience is highly preferred.Remote/WAH requirements:• WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.• A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.• Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.• A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information• ** Eligible for EIP AvenuesScheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$78,800 - $108,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
