Huron is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning & Talent to design and oversee enterprise-wide learning programs, ensuring employees have the skills necessary for success. This remote position requires collaboration with global leaders to identify development needs and improve training solutions.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include analyzing training needs, designing onboarding programs, assessing training effectiveness, and building stakeholder relationships to enhance employee development.
Skills: Candidates should have strong communication, project management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver presentations and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field along with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is required. Internal applicants must have at least one year of service.
Location: This is a remote position with occasional national and international travel (15-25%).
Compensation: $130000 - $185000 / Annually

The estimated base salary range for this job is $130,000-$185,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $156,000-$222,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future
