Sales Coach

IntroductionThe Sales Coach role is an integral part of IBM. Your goal is to create an outstanding employee experience for IBMers by delivering coaching services and supporting our employees as they support our customers and clients. In this role, you can be part of a team that works with all areas of our global organization and is empowered to achieve goals that align with IBM strategy.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesProvide individual and group sales coaching to sales trainees. Leverage best practices in selling to develop the skills of sales trainees. Play the role of the client in practice call scenarios. Provide constructive and meaningful feedback to trainees in a consistent manner, using standard IBM Learning content and grading methods. The role is part-time Supplemental Employment. Workload and hours will fluctuate throughout the year based on trainee volumes.Required Technical and Professional Expertise• Strong Knowledge of the IT Industry.• Work experience in Sales, as a Sales Coach, Sales Trainer or similar role.• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people.• Sales Leadership experience.Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise• Spanish and/or Portuguese Language Skills are a plus.• Current knowledge on Generative AI Technology is a plus.
