We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Account Director to lead the Microsoft account at Icertis, powering contract intelligence. Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Microsoft Partnership, you will drive Icertis global sales to Microsoft and lead our consultative sales approach. This role is crucial in providing strategic oversight for all Icertis engagements with Microsoft, including Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and other key functions. #LI-RS1



What you will do
  • Drive significant new revenue through upselling and cross-selling within Microsoft.
  • Develop and deepen strategic relationships across Microsoft’s organizational structure.
  • Ensure Microsoft remains a strong promoter of Icertis by meeting customer expectations and obligations.
  • Provide strategic direction and ensure seamless delivery of Customer Success, Professional Services, Engineering, Marketing, and other functions.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft and Icertis product management to understand new requirements and product releases, advancing sales strategies within the customer organization.
  • Address the needs and challenges of Microsoft as a global entity, proposing tailored solutions.
  • Act as a key advocate for Microsoft within Icertis, ensuring overall customer satisfaction.


What you will bring
  • 10+ years of successful enterprise software sales, customer success, account management, or business development experience.
  • Strong strategic sales skills, relationship-building capabilities, cloud & AI expertise, and a consultative sales approach.
  • Proven track record in SaaS enterprise software implementation, particularly in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
  • Prior sales experience with Microsoft and a deep understanding of Microsoft technology stack, especially Microsoft enterprise applications and Azure/AI, is strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing large Fortune 500 Enterprise SaaS engagements.
  • Ability to develop executive-level (CxO) relationships, lead strategic initiatives, and present Icertis’s value proposition to C-level executives.
  • Capability to collaborate with partners to drive technical solutions supporting the Icertis portfolio with Microsoft.
  • Work with product management to create innovative solutions to expand revenue streams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business and/or engineering, or equivalent experience. MBA preferred.


$150,000 - $180,000 a year
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary and annual bonus target and an equity component is included in the compensation package.

Plus, target incentive (OTE 50/50) 
OTE: $300,000 to $360,000
