Our Data and AI Center of Excellence (CoE) PMO Team is currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst specializing in supporting development of AI models and algorithms.As a Business Analyst specializing in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), you will collaborate closely with engineering teams, clinical experts, and business stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of advanced algorithms. Your expertise in discovering and documenting requirements will be essential in our complex, cross-functional environment.In This Role• Requirements Elicitation and Analysis: Identify stakeholders and facilitate discussions or workshops to elicit and understand their needs, requirements, and priorities.• User Story / Use Case Creation: Develop User Stories, Tasks, and Use Cases based on the project vision to outline the scope of the project.• Product Design: Formulate software specifications that implement the behaviors described by the project features and User Stories.• Features and Requirements Traceability: Maintain requirements traceability from project vision through product delivery.• Requirements Verification and Validation: Create business-level user acceptance criteria for each feature from the baselined requirements.• Collaboration: Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand and prioritize requirements. Facilitate process workshops to identify business changes. Participate in daily SCRUMs with technical teams.• Review and Ensure Quality: Review User Stories created by the Product Owner to ensure they meet acceptance criteria.
