Member Experience, Voice of Customer Program Owner

ID.me is seeking a detail-oriented Voice of Customer (Member) Program Owner to join our fast-paced Member Experience team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for improving member experiences through data-driven analysis.

Skills

  • Proficiency in survey platforms such as Qualtrics or Medallia
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collect, organize, and analyze complex data to derive insights
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop surveys, questionnaires, and other feedback mechanisms to capture customer sentiment and feedback
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
  • Monitor customer satisfaction trends and identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions for customer dissatisfaction
  • Design and implement an NPS program to gather feedback from members

Education

  • Bachelors Degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
