Skills
Proficiency in survey platforms such as Qualtrics or Medallia
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to collect, organize, and analyze complex data to derive insights
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
Develop surveys, questionnaires, and other feedback mechanisms to capture customer sentiment and feedback
Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
Monitor customer satisfaction trends and identify areas for improvement
Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions for customer dissatisfaction
Design and implement an NPS program to gather feedback from members
Education
Bachelors Degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
