The successful candidate will be required to complete a background check and a drug test as a condition of employment for this role."What you'll be doing day to dayYou will be ensuring positive financial performance by actively steering the US customer fulfillment business, considering the needs of the customers and the impact on the balance sheet and cash flow management.• Leading a specialized team of Business Analysts to deliver on the business plan process, goal setting & resource allocation.• Leading to deliver the financial business planning process while involving and creating commitment among stakeholders on financial performance management and goal setting.• Leading and delivering the long-term financial development goals, market penetration strategy and identified business opportunities and the impact on the profit and loss.• Assessing business opportunities and investments.• Developing business plans to achieve goals and to review and approve budgets/plans.• Leading the goal setting process for all customer fulfillment units using key business driver and strategic initiatives as inputs.• Developing and securing a pro-active, documented, and anchored way of working with scenario planning.• Leading the business performance follow-up and forecasting process in a multichannel context.• Acting as a pro-active business partner to steer, challenge and support country management, markets and projects.• Securing optimal performance of the team to navigate the markets towards more effective and cost-conscious ways of working, identifying growth and cost saving potentials.• Developing business and people together, with the customer in mind, securing learning in the business and encourage entrepreneurial behavior exploring in the retail multichannel environment.Together as a TeamYou care about making a positive impact in the world.
