Project Manager – Enterprise Ops

At IMO Health, we are looking for a strategic and results-driven Project Manager – Enterprise Ops to lead and optimize complex, cross-functional initiatives across Enterprise IT, Finance, and Cloud Platform teams. In this role, you will manage a dynamic portfolio of projects, ensuring seamless execution while aligning business objectives with operational strategies.


Your expertise in enterprise systems, project management, and cross-functional collaboration will be instrumental in delivering impactful outcomes. You will drive projects on time, within scope, and on budget, proactively addressing challenges and mitigating risks. Collaborating closely with internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external vendors, you will ensure alignment across departments, foster strong partnerships, and maintain transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of high-impact enterprise projects, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion. 
  • Oversee vendor contract renewals, manage stakeholder coordination, and ensure timely execution. 
  • Drive enterprise system integrations, optimizing workflows and system performance across NetSuite and Salesforce. 
  • Lead cloud migration and optimization projects, transitioning infrastructure to AWS. 
  • Support financial operations management for Product & Technology teams, aligning financial strategies with business goals. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to define project objectives, align priorities, and maintain clear project roadmaps. 
  • Serve as the liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and execution. 
  • Provide transparent and proactive communication, keeping stakeholders informed on project status, risks, and milestones. 
  • Leverage expertise in NetSuite, Salesforce, and cloud-based solutions to streamline operations and enhance system performance. 
  • Continuously assess and refine business processes, automation strategies, and enterprise system integrations to drive efficiency and scalability.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • 5+ years of project management experience leading enterprise-level projects in IT, Finance, or Cloud infrastructure. 
  • Proven expertise in NetSuite, Salesforce, and integration projects, with a strong grasp of enterprise software and cloud-based solutions. 
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies, with hands-on experience using JIRA or similar project management tools. 
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related project management software. 
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to consult, negotiate, and drive outcomes that meet stakeholder needs. 
  • High energy, adaptability, and a proactive approach to navigating change, addressing challenges, and driving impact. 


$89,000 - $120,000 a year
Compensation at IMO Health is determined by job level, role requirements, and each candidate’s experience, skills, and location. The listed base pay represents the target for new hires with individual compensation varying accordingly. These figures exclude potential bonuses, equity, or sales incentives, which may also be part of the total compensation package.
