Platform Engineering Intern, Communication Systems / Physical Layer

Join Impinj as a Platform Engineering Intern and contribute to the development of innovative RAIN RFID solutions. This 3-month internship offers the opportunity to work with experienced teams in a collaborative environment.

Skills

Experience with Python and/or Matlab
Knowledge of radio test equipment
Basic understanding of Communication Theory, Signal Processing, or Algorithm Development

Responsibilities

Develop and characterize RAIN RFID locationing solutions
Create and execute test plans for characterizing existing solutions
Investigate performance of competing technologies
Prototype new solutions in Impinj Design Lab (IDL)
Develop reports and presentations to communicate results

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
