The Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day aspects of financial analysis, forecasting, management reporting, and budgeting. Responsibilities Partner cross functionally with functional leaders and key stake holders across the company. Support the long-range Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and quarterly forecast for the dedicated areas of the business. Enhance and expand financial and operational reporting. Prepare accurate and timely ad hoc analyses and recurring reporting packages which include standard reports, key metrics, trend analyses, variance commentary, forward-looking insights, and value add financial metrics. Present information to select business partners as applicable. Build and maintain financial models used for monthly reporting, quarterly forecasts, annual operating plan, and ad hoc analyses/insights. Support month-end close process and maintain close partnership with GL accounting and AP teams. Assist with the preparation of presentations for senior management. Work cross functionally to drive process improvements and automation. Support ad-hoc and special projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. Minimum 3 years of finance, accounting, or related business experience required Highly motivated individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, business savvy, intellectual curiosity, and proven leadership skills. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, adapts quickly to change, and processes information quickly. Strong understanding of Financial Statements, General Ledger, and general accounting concepts such as accruals and prepaid expenses. Financial planning and analysis and business partnering experience Strong Interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate confidently and professionally to all levels of an organization and with individuals from different cultures/backgrounds. Excellent organization and time management skills. Manufacturing and/or medical device company experience preferred. Advanced Microsoft Excel and intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills required. Financial modeling experience preferred. Strong software skills and ability to quickly learn planning/reporting systems, ERP, and visualization tools (e.g. Adaptive Insights, NetSuite experience, ThinkCell). A range of factors, including location, skills, and experience, will be considered.
