Associate Consultant - ITSM

We at Inbox Business Technologies, are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Consultant – ITSM to support the delivery of IT Service Management (ITSM) projects based on ITIL best practices. The candidate should possess a foundational understanding of ITSM concepts and have hands-on experience (even in a support role) in implementing or operating ITSM processes and tools. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a consulting career in ITSM. 

Job Description: 

  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ISO 20000-based IT Service Management Systems (ITSM) or ITIL framework. 
  • Support service maturity assessments, gap analyses, and process improvements. 
  • Help in documenting and maintaining ITSM policies, procedures, and processes (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management). 
  • Participate in internal audits and assist clients in preparing for external certification audits. 
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Security, Business Continuity, or a related field. 
  • Professional certifications such as ITIL Foundation, ISO 20000 Foundation, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory). 
  • Experience: 1–2 years in ITSM or related roles. 
  • Basic understanding of ISO 20000, ITIL service management principles, and ITSM tools. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong documentation, report writing, and research skills.
