Consultant - BCM

We at Inbox Business Technologies are seeking a capable and driven Consultant – BCMS to support and deliver Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) engagements aligned with ISO 22301. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in designing, implementing, or maintaining BCMS frameworks, conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessments, and developing business continuity strategies and plans. 

Job Description: 

  • Assist in the implementation and assessment of ISO 22301-based Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS). 
  • Conduct business impact analyses (BIA), risk assessments, and continuity planning. 
  • Support the development and enforcement of business continuity policies, procedures, and controls. 
  • Assist in BCMS policy and procedure development to ensure compliance with ISO 22301. 
  • Participate in BCMS awareness sessions, training, and testing exercises. 
  • Provide documentation support for ISO 22301 certification audits. 
  • Assist in the implementation of BCMS tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Riskonnect, Recovery Planner, Everbridge, etc.). 
  • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • Professional certifications such as ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/ Auditor, CBCP, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory). 
  • 4-5 years of experience in BCMS or related roles. 
  • Working knowledge of ISO 22301, and other relevant frameworks/regulations. 
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
