What You’ll Do We are looking for a temporary Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at ZAGG. It’s anticipated that this resource will be needed for 6 months, with a potential opportunity to extend as needed. Responsibilities of this role include:• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for positions in Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance/Accounting.• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, Google X-Ray, Boolean searches, and other innovative methods to identify and attract top talent.• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide guidance.• Use data and analytics to inform and improve the recruitment process, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.• Efficiently fill key roles quickly and effectively, ensuring we meet our business needs and timelines.What You’ll Need to be Successful• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience• This is a fully on-site role and will require you to be in office 5 days a week in our Midvale, UT location• Proficient in using various sourcing tools and techniques such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Google X-Ray, Boolean searches, etc.• Able to effectively handle 8-10 requisitions at a time• Confident working alongside executive leadership to support their hiring needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices• Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clear and professional interactions• Able to adapt quickly to changing prioritiesWhat You’ll Love About Zagg• Catered lunches every Wednesday• Generous PTO + 2 floating holidays• 401k match• Free phone case and screen protectors• 50% discount on all Zagg products• Free access to Top Golf and discounted rate on food• Tuition reimbursementZAGG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
