Sr. Compensation Analyst

SpaceX is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to support HR decision making, develop compensation programs, and drive strategic decisions around people. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience and strong data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as consultant to HR team and business leadership
  • Conduct research, data modeling, and data mining
  • Develop compensation programs and salary structures
  • Participate in compensation surveys
  • Mentor and train junior team members

Education

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Degree in business, mathematics, economics, or finance (preferred)
