Sr. Compensation Analyst

SpaceX is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to support HR decision making, develop compensation programs, and drive strategic decisions around people. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience and strong data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Act as consultant to HR team and business leadership
Conduct research, data modeling, and data mining

Participate in compensation surveys
Mentor and train junior team members

Education

Bachelor's degree
Degree in business, mathematics, economics, or finance (preferred)
