As a Product Designer at INFINIT, you will join the Product Design team, reporting directly to the Lead Product Designer, and be embedded within one of our product squads. Your role will be to design the most intuitive and appropriate experience within the squad's functional scope.



What do we want to achieve together?
  • Imagine, build, measure and iterate on solutions to drive impact within a Product squad.
  • Work closely with the Product Manager and the Tech team to define the best solutions. Conduct continuous user research to better understand our users' needs.
  • Bring new ideas and innovate.
  • Enhance and evolve our design system.
  • Develop various design solutions for our product that are usable, simple, intuitive for cross platform applications.
  • Contribute to the development of the product design team.
  • Cultivate high engagement, performance and commitment to the product teams to build collectively well-designed and appropriate best-in class solutions.
  • Find ways to improve our Discovery and Delivery process.


What do you need to be successful in this role?
  • You have at least 5 years of product design experienceRelevant product design experience with a focus on mobile and desktop apps and ideally on B2B experience.
  • Highly-skilled in at least two of those: user needs understanding, information architecture and feed a design system. Ability to clearly articulate and communicate design decisions and lead ideation within the squad.
  • Experience in prototyping and usability testing is appreciated.
  • You’re familiar with Figma.
  • You are fluent in English
  • You take feedback as a means of progress, you enjoy receiving and giving it.A strong portfolio to demonstrate your skills in Product Design. Familiarity with the automotive and banking sectors is a plus.
