Associate Director, Campaign & Creator Strategy Lead

Influential is looking for an experienced Associate Director, Campaign & Creator Strategy Lead to implement the day-to-day strategy and campaign execution for Fortune 500 clients. This role will lead the west coast campaign management and creator partnership team members.

Skills

Strong leadership and people management skills
Negotiating skills and management of campaign budgets
Extensive network of managers/agents or Influencer contacts
Knowledge of social media platforms and recent trends
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Be accountable for the overall success of Influential's social campaigns
Build and execute creator strategies specific to campaigns
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Campaign Managers and Creator Partnerships
Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns
Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze data

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
