Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to patients in home health settings
Create and manage a flexible schedule for home visits
Utilize technological devices/systems for documentation
Collaborate with a supportive team for clinical and administrative matters

Education

Successful completion of an OT program approved by the National Board
Current therapist license issued by the State of IL
Current CPR certificate
