Enterprise HR Systems Analyst
At Inizio, we value inclusivity and diversity. We are seeking an Enterprise HR Systems Analyst to support our enterprise Workday HCM application, ensuring HR systems operate efficiently and effectively.
Skills
- 2+ years experience with HR related technologies
- Technical support and configuration knowledge of Workday
- Experience with Workday implementations
- Knowledge of SharePoint Portals and content manager tools
- Experience with Kainos SMART Tool is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Provide troubleshooting support for functional and technical production issues
- Collaborate with team members to improve business processes and Workday integrations
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday
- Support major Workday releases and enhancements
- Deliver training materials and updates
