Inside Sales - New Patient Lead

Clearing is a digital healthcare platform built to serve the 50M chronic pain sufferers in the United States. In partnership with leading physicians and researchers at Harvard, Johns Hopkins, and the Hospital for Special Surgery, and with significant funding from top-tier investors Bessemer Venture Partners, Founders Fund, Breyer Capital, and a host of leading healthcare and consumer entrepreneurs (including the founders of Hims, Seamless Grubhub, Flatiron Health, Forward Health, Curology and more) we are on a mission to provide patients with access to comprehensive, opioid-free pain relief.

The Inside Sales - New Patient Lead will be responsible for growing our patient sales channel including building relationships with prospective patients, identifying opportunities for enhancements to our workflows & processes and partnering with our Patient Experience Team to support care coordination.

What You'll Do:

  • Become an expert in the Clearing value proposition, objection handling, and pain management
  • Source new patient opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, messaging and inbound lead follow-up and scheduling
  • Collaborate with our Patient Experience team and our Medical team to provide exemplary patient experience and support for prospective patients
  • Collaborate with Growth Product & Growth Marketing team on tooling & sales process
  • Manage your own opportunities by utilizing CRM, email and outreach tools and resources to cultivate and maintain your pipeline
  • Regularly communicate successes and roadblocks to your manager to better inform the team's goals and targets
  • Develop creative, fun, and innovative ways to connect and build out your relationships with potential patients and share across the team
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly KPI goals

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of SMB business development, inside sales, or similar experience
  • Exemplary skills focused on listening and qualifying questions to engage, pitch and close prospects
  • Strong eagerness to hit and exceed targets – you're not satisfied unless you're the best you can be
  • Able to effectively balance attention to detail with efficient execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience successfully utilizing multiple technology platforms (Google docs, Slack, CRM, internal admin portals, and more)
  • Strong phone presence and willingness to make multiple phone, email and social media contacts per day
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Have high-speed Internet connection
  • Four year college degree preferred
  • Early stage startup experience preferred
