Fullstack Staff Engineer

Job Description Insight Global is a proud partner to a fast-growing Software Development company focusing specifically on improvement the child welfare system. We are seeking a Fullstack Staff Engineer to join their high functioning engineering team on the West Coast. This full time, fully remote role will involve oversight the design, development, and deployment of scalable Ruby on Rails applications. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership and will be responsible for fostering a collaborative and innovative environment across multiple teams in the organization.They will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure software systems, and will work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. Ensuring code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration is also a key responsibility. Candidates should have over 5-7 years of software development experience, with expertise specifically on Ruby on Rails.Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects is essential. The core technologies this team is using is Ruby on rails, React on the front end, Graph ql and Postgres database where the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of these tools.
