Paid Media Marketing Specialist

Requisition Number: 70547The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, measuring and optimizing B2B paid media campaign initiatives to grow key business units within Insight. This includes interacting with media technologies/platforms (Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Display, etc) as well as collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to build data-driven media plans that deliver Return on Investment (ROI). In addition to paid media knowledge, this specialist should have an understanding of A/B testing of landing pages, A/B testing of creative assets and ad copy, creative development and understand the internal stakeholder needs and serve as their advocate when making digital media campaign decisions.As a Paid Media Specialist, you will:• Manage and optimize channels to a target ROI by making analytics driven decisions and optimizations to drive performance and incremental revenue• Provide recommendations around areas of new opportunity and potential budget and channel investments• Provide regular reporting, including creation, analysis, and distribution of reports to stakeholders• Communicate to team, and management on project development, timelines, and results• Work collaboratively with fellow marketing managers and senior leaders to execute on the go-to-market strategy with the ultimate goal to increase response rates, engagement and drive measurable pipeline/won revenue.• Collaborate with the Analytics team to provide template reports that can be automatically delivered that show campaign effectiveness against industry standards both at the campaign, product line and aggregate levels.• Own and execute entire large-impact projects as assigned.• Other duties as assigned.What you bring to Insight:• A minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience running or managing B2B paid media campaigns in AdWords/Bing, Programmatic Display, and Facebook• Managing multi-million dollar digital media budgets is a plus• Understanding of UX and Conversion Centered Design Principles for landing pages• Excellent time-management, organization and project management skills, with attention to detail from inception through execution• Strong analytical and problem solving skills• Excellent teamwork and communication skills• Strong software aptitude and fast learner• Strong writing, communication and collaboration skills• Ability to think creatively about marketing testing techniques and options• Google AdWords or Facebook Certification is a plus• Marketo experience is a plus.• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field or equivalent experience.The position described above provides a summary of some the job duties required and what it would be like to work at Insight.
