Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Development, the Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager will lead a team of 10 hybrid working Business Development Representatives focused on outreach to new business prospects. They will communicate, implement, and execute strategies to ensure the BDR team can successfully generate, qualify, and develop the sales pipeline, ultimately helping the business drive bookings and recurring revenue growth. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Coach and develop a team of high performing BDRs. 

  • Work closely with sales and marketing leadership to drive prospecting strategies and continuously exceed qualified opportunity and pipeline goals. 

  • Take a data-driven approach to uncover trends and opportunities for improvement. 

  • Hire and onboard new BDR team members. 

  • Help the BDRs plan and prepare for their future career at insightsoftware. 

  • Travel to the offices in Paddington, London monthly. 

 

Qualifications

Qualifications 

  • Experience in Software; experience in leading a Business Development team. 

  • Experience within account management preferable 

  • Experience with tech such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, 6Sense. 

  • A track record of building strong peer and professional relationships. 

  • You possess grit and don't shy away from challenges. 

  • An agile team player—you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative start-up environment. 

  • Passionate about coaching and developing a team. 

  • You have experience and ideas on managing hybrid located teams to complete objectives. 

  • You have experience setting metrics for teams and holding them accountable for exceeding them.
