We are a fast-growing, FinTech company looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team. We're seeking a talented UX Engineer to develop and maintain our Webflow-based website and collaborate with UX teams across our organization to develop and implement a cohesive design system. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design and development, ensuring a consistent user experience across all digital touchpoints. 

Role Responsibilities  

  • Maintain and enhance our Webflow-based website, integrating our landing pages with our customer and partner journeys
  • Work with UX teams to create and implement a company-wide design system 
  • Develop reusable UI components and patterns 
  • Ensure design consistency and best practices across digital products 
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers 
  • Drive UX excellence and advocate for user-centered design principles 
  • Proven experience in UX engineering with Webflow 
  • Strong skills in HTML, CSS and JavaScript/frameworks
  • Experience creating and implementing design systems 
  • Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks and tools such as Vuejs 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
  • Ability to translate designs into high-quality code
