DescriptionEnvestnet is seeking a Product Design Intern to join our UX/UI team for the summer. This position is expected to report to our Raleigh, NC office.Envestnet is transforming the way financial advice and wellness are delivered. As an intern, you will collaborate closely with product designers and engineers to create engaging and intuitive user experiences for our products. You will have the opportunity to contribute to various stages of the design process, from initial concept ideation to final implementation, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Job Responsibilities:• Create and build design system components• Learn how design systems impact design teams• Research and document how those components should be utilized by our design team members• Work with our storybook team to ensure updates are built out by development• Participate in product release designs and building product specific design libraries• Join a product team and participate in weekly scrum activities and build out designs using Agile framework.• Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.• As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.Required Qualifications:• Sophomore or Junior college student currently enrolled in a design related field and is interested in UX as a careerPreferred Qualifications:• Experience in Figma is preferredEnvestnet’s Summer Internship Program:Envestnet’s Summer Internship Program provides a paid, 10-week, full-time experience for qualified students to learn more about Envestnet and what we do. Interns will receive hands on exposure to the inner workings of their teams and functions.The 2025 Summer Internship program will begin on June 9th, 2025, and will conclude on August 15th, 2025.
