Your Role: 

For our Marketing  team we are on the lookout for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across channels
  • Plan and Execute Campaigns: Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms, focusing on delivering results.
  • Optimize Performance: Regularly analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI, focusing on metrics like CPL & CPA
  • Reporting and Insights: Own the reporting process - track and analyze key metrics and provide clear, actionable insights to leadership.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics tools to understand customer behavior, optimize conversion funnels, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Channel Strategy: Work across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and other channels to build integrated campaigns.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with content, sales, and product teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
  • Budget Management: Handle a significant monthly budget, ensuring efficient allocation to achieve KPIs.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies are cutting-edge.
  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record in managing and scaling campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and a strong grasp of attribution models and tracking tools.
  • Solid analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Power BI and/or similar platforms.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage relationships across teams.
  • Previous experience in the automotive, leasing, or related industries is a plus but not mandatory.
